Anger

 anger does not choose who but you choose whether to be angry or not.

A short word yet creates a lot of impact in ones life .It leaves some stressed and others stunned yet it never changes.Its all the same year in year out. you never know the impact until you let it rule. It doesn't give warning but the impact itself warns more than you could have been warned before.An ancient word yet is carried through the years over the generations whether old or young, male or female they all find themselves having it at one point in life. No matter what profession or vocation you take you at one point come face to face with it and before you know it consciously or unconsciously it happens and you angry. No one has never been in a circumstance where they are forced to become angry. The question what do you do when you get angry? How do you carry yourself around? Do you transmit your anger to everyone like a network operator offering good network service or do you work on it?And how does one get to work on their anger?
Over the last six months we have had several cases of anger and regret run on the media. cases of a man men stubbing or beating up their wives.
How comes some people cope well with their anger and are able to control it and avoid causing trouble and damage to others and the things around? The thing is that they have taught  themselves  the art of containing their anger. Anger is a tool of mass destruction and can cause fights between siblings, nations and even religions.It is thus important for us to learn how to control our anger, since it is not easy to avoid getting angry.
To do this we have to get to understand ourselves in the best way possible. It only when you own yourself that you get to value yourself and from that then others will get to value you for who you are.This is the first step towards solving your issues with anger.Having the peace of mind and Peace in general is much more important. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise,trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.How do you get your heart to be calm when you agitated? If you know yourself well you probably know what calms you down when you angry and that is what you got to employ in moments that make you so. You can engage in an activity that can help you calm yourself. Some people may engage in sports, others may choose to write something down and free their heads. Some may choose to withdraw from others.
When you choose to play lets say you choose football or tennis ball, some may let go their anger on the ball instead of having done in on other people or destroying property. Some choose to swim and they go on and try new tricks and explore the depths of the pool or the waters in which they choose to swim in.Some may even choose to engage in boxing depending on how enraged they are.
Boxing may be a good way to relieve your anger and stress instead of beating up others or breaking property.

For ladies cooking or knitting may just be the best way to release your anger. Some will clean the whole household just to help them calm down. 
Some may choose to watch a movie or listen to music. The type of movie and music may differ from one person to the other.Music can differ from one person to thew other but its the most popular language that brings everyone together. it unites the whole world to one. However what matters is that the person gets to control their anger. Even though music maybe be a nice form of distraction from doing something regrettable when mad, you should also avoid listening to very loud music so as not to battle with its defects later in life just because you were relieving yourself from anger. Anger can be costly but you should know the best way to tackle it free.
You can listen some nice music in your bed.



 With the right music of choice you can get to an environment of your choice and listen to it. you can even go jogging or take a nature walk it works well with music.
Nice music with the nice view of nature go hand in hand. You can lay down and listen to your inner self. You can take to to meditate on your life 


You can enjoy cycling and relieve your head off stress.
jogging over a distance can help in reducing anger.



Engaging in an activity is not always easy, depending on the person and how they react others some people are however not able to do anything and may sleep. It is not wise to sleep while angry though.Some may choose to speak about it to to a friend or someone they trust most. they say Anger may identify a problem, but it will never solve one. Talking to someone may help you get to know the root cause of the problem that made you angry.Problems shared are problems half shared even if you do not get the whole solution you may get hints on how to tackle it.
You can always talk to the person who has made you angry. Not always does someone know when they make others angry that they have done so. It may never be intentional though for you it may occur as something planned. You may spend your whole life harboring someone in your small head for free while they can not even remember. Always learn to talk and put things straight."No one can make you feel inferior, without your consent"- Eleanor Roosevelt. Either way nothing gets to be of disturbance to you without you viewing it as one. its all in your power.It is you who chooses what can happen to you so if you wish to house someone in your head you can do it for as long as you can until you decide to let go then you will always have the burden.
You do not have to be like a programmed machine that reacts to all signs of anger causing talk and actions;if so you will suffer wear and tear and you will soon be buried and leave behind people enjoying life. As you live on earth you should not expect it to be so perfect and without trials if you knew you wanted a life without challenges you should have tried another planet.You cannot prevent the birds of sorrow from flying over your head,but you can prevent them from building nests in your hair.- Chinese proverb. Don't let the world rule your life instead take charge. Do not spend your whole life trying to change the world, it will always be the way it is while you are just passing through and you will soon be gone leaving it behind. 
Did you know how disappointing it is to do something expecting a certain result then it does not work as expected?
When a child hits you are insults you, and you don't react notice a look similar to this. It is the same way in most humans.

 It feels the same way when one tries to make you angry and they end up not  succeeding. Do not yield to peoples expectations by making them happy when you get angry instead, react uniquely. try smiling when insulted or say thank you and see how disturbed the person will look.
We should try not to offend others too.We should accept our flaws and avoid being defensive give chance for new things in your life. Pave way for correction then you will be a great being ,ja mata..
